CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
United States
Orders to the United States are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties, taxes, and handling fees are included in the price you see at checkout, ensuring smooth delivery with no unexpected costs upon arrival.
In rare cases where DDP is not supported for your specific delivery location, any applicable import charges would be payable upon receipt — however, this is highly uncommon for US orders.
United Kingdom
Shipments to the UK are processed on a DDU basis by default. Where available, duties and taxes may be included at checkout under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangement. If this option is not shown, any import charges incurred at delivery will be payable by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority.
European Union
Orders shipped to the EU are treated as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival.
Where infrastructure allows, we may offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout, enabling you to prepay applicable duties and taxes for a smoother delivery experience. If DDP is not supported at the time of dispatch, any import charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Rest of World
For all other countries, including Switzerland, orders are shipped under a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Where infrastructure allows, DDP may be offered at checkout for a more seamless delivery experience. If not available, your local courier or customs office will notify you of any charges due.
